    我是通过百度和其他妈妈的推荐找到这家月子中心的，住在这里真是太幸福了，省心又舒适。💖

    怀孕12周的时候，我就定下了这家月子中心，幸运的是当时还有房间，虽然不是套间，但有个房间总比没有好。😄 建议其他纽约的准妈妈们，如果想住月子中心，最好在怀孕2-3个月的时候就预定哦。

    🛏️ 孕妈房间：位于一楼，房间里有床、桌子和椅子，还有衣柜可以放行李。虽然房间面积挺大，但没有独立卫生间，不过使用卫生间也很方便，就在房间门口的左侧。由于我是顺转剖，身体比较虚弱，老板娘Sarah特别安排我住进了套房，我在原来的价格上加了一点💰，住了大概5天的套房，之后身体恢复好了就搬回了自己的房间。

    When I was 12 weeks pregnant, I booked this confinement center. Fortunately, there were still rooms available at that time. Although it wasn't a suite, having a room was better than not having one at all. 😄 It is recommended that other expectant mothers in New York book a confinement center when they are 2-3 months pregnant.

    🛏️ Pregnant Mother's Room: Located on the first floor, the room has a bed, table, and chair, as well as a wardrobe for storing luggage. Although the room area is quite large, there is no separate bathroom, but it is also very convenient to use the bathroom, which is located on the left side of the room door. As I underwent a vaginal dissection and my body was relatively weak, the landlady Sarah specially arranged for me to stay in a suite, and I added a little extra to the original price 💰， I stayed in the suite for about 5 days, and then moved back to my own room after my health recovered.

    👶🏻 宝宝房：位于二楼，配有婴儿床，床上会贴上宝宝的名字。房间里还有尿布台、空气净化器等设备，配置非常齐全。月子中心还配备了白班和晚班的阿姨，24小时轮流照顾宝宝。她们经验丰富，能满足各种育儿需求，还会教宝妈们回家后如何照顾宝宝。

    🍛 月子餐：每天五餐，每天的菜式都不一样，既创意又营养。早餐、下午茶、晚上加餐都很有特色。午餐和晚餐更是丰富，有汤水供应。由于我不是母乳喂养，前三周没有喝汤产奶，直到最后一周才开始喝汤进补。月子中心非常尊重每个妈妈的育儿理念。

    另外，月子中心的三楼还有瑜伽室供孕妈们做产后修复。当宝宝满月的时候，Sarah还会帮宝宝拍可爱的满月照哦！📸

    总之，非常感谢Sarah、Sarah妈妈和照顾宝宝的阿姨们。在我产后激素下降情绪有问题的时候，她们都会主动开导我，让我消极的情绪可以宣泄出来。同时，在月子中心里也认识了一群宝妈们，我们互相分享生产过程、育儿知识和人生经历，让这短短一个月的时光变得有趣、精彩又难忘。🤰🏻👩‍👧‍👦

The confinement center is also equipped with day and night shift aunties who take turns taking care of the baby 24 hours a day. They are experienced and able to meet various parenting needs. They also teach mothers how to take care of their babies after they return home.

    🍛 Postpartum meal: Five meals a day, with different dishes each day, both creative and nutritious. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening snacks are all very distinctive. Lunch and dinner are even more abundant, with soup provided. Since I am not breastfeeding, I did not drink soup to produce milk for the first three weeks, and only started drinking soup for supplementation in the last week. The confinement center highly respects every mother's parenting philosophy.

    In addition, there is a yoga studio on the third floor of the confinement center for expectant mothers to do postpartum repairs. When the baby is one month old, Sarah will also take cute full moon photos for the baby! 📸
