    The editors learned that the more flexible working hours and relatively generous salaries of nannies are very attractive to young people born in the 1990s and 2000s who value freedom and independence.

Their duties include nighttime feeding, diaper changing, breastfeeding support, and postpartum recovery guidance.  They work an average of 18 hours a day, typically for a 26-day period, without any breaks. The work is physically demanding, requiring prolonged periods of holding infants and bending over, and also involves significant psychological pressure, as they must manage family conflicts while maintaining professionalism.

    The balance between income and effort is based on professionalism and market demand. The high income of maternity nurses is not solely due to physical labor, but rather a combination of professional skills and emotional intelligence.
