Ms. Shi in the San Francisco Bay Area is hiring a full-time nanny to care for her baby girl. The baby is currently three months old and is being cared for by a postpartum caregiver. Ms. Shi is also at home and can assist the nanny with childcare, cleaning, grocery shopping, and cooking. The husband also cooks, and they will take turns cooking. The baby sleeps in a crib in a separate room.  The ideal candidate should be healthy, under 53 years old, and free of any illnesses.  She must have at least three years of professional childcare experience. A physical examination is required before employment. The nanny should be kind, patient, honest, and attentive to hygiene details.  She should also be able to ride an electric scooter or drive a car. The salary is $6000 per month, with 4 days off per month.  There will be 15 days of paid leave during the Chinese New Year. A labor contract will be signed with a domestic service company, which will provide workers' compensation insurance.  A ​​$1000 welfare allowance will be given every six months, and additional holidays will be granted during major holidays as needed.
