    🎯 Recruitment Objective: To improve warehouse operational efficiency, standardize incoming and outgoing orders, and ensure inventory accuracy, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse management.

    📍 Position Information:

    Position Title: Warehouse Manager

    Location: Flushing, New York, USA

    Number of Positions: 1

    Reporting to: Director of Operations/Principal Inspector

    Work Hours: Full-time

    📋 Job Responsibilities:

    Warehouse Operations Management: Responsible for daily operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.

    Inventory Management and Inventory: Manage the inventory system, conduct regular inventory checks, and provide inventory reports.

    Team Management and Training: Recruit, train, and conduct performance appraisals to enhance team operational capabilities.

    Safety and Compliance: Develop safety operating procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.

    System and Process Optimization: Proficient in using the WMS and providing optimization recommendations.

    📚 职位要求：

    📚 Job Requirements:

    Experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably with overseas warehouses or cross-border e-commerce warehousing.

    Familiarity with WMS and office software.

    Excellent team management, organization, coordination, and communication skills.

    Understanding of overseas warehouse operations and US warehousing regulations.

    Fluent in Chinese and English for seamless communication.

    Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle stress.

    Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.

    Positive work attitude, attention to detail, and strong execution.

    Driver's license required, able to drive to and from get off work.
