This recruitment adheres to rigorous and professional principles to ensure that every nanny meets high service standards.

    一、岗位需求

    月嫂岗位，负责母婴日常护理、喂养、健康监测及家庭教育指导等工作。

    二、硬性条件

    1. 资质要求：美国工卡或旅游签落地，必须持有母婴护理证、身份证、健康证，且三证可查询，无失信记录。

    2. 年龄范围：30 - 50岁，经验丰富且优秀者可适当放宽年龄限制，但最多不得超过54岁。

    I. Job Requirements

    Maternity Nurse position, responsible for daily care, feeding, health monitoring, and family education guidance for mothers and infants.

    II. Mandatory Requirements

    1. Qualifications: Must have a US work permit or tourist visa upon arrival, and hold a maternal and infant care certificate, ID card, and health certificate. All three certificates must be verifiable, and there must be no record of dishonesty.

    2. Age Range: 30-50 years old. The age limit may be relaxed for experienced and outstanding candidates, but the maximum age must not exceed 54 years old.

    三、健康标准（量化指标）

    1. 传染病八项检查：包括乙型肝炎表面抗原、乙型肝炎表面抗体等，需全部合格。

    2. 健康证：必须合格，且在有效期内。

    3. 幽门螺旋杆菌检查：结果需显示无感染。

    4. 皮肤病及基础疾病：不携带股藓、手藓等皮肤病，且无心脏病、高血压等基础疾病。

    5. 灰指甲：不存在灰指甲情况。

    6. 呼吸系统疾病：不携带肺结核、慢阻肺等呼吸系统疾病，尽量不打鼾，允许疲劳时打鼾。

    III. Health Standards (Quantitative Indicators)

    1. Eight Infectious Disease Tests: Including Hepatitis B surface antigen and Hepatitis B surface antibody, all must be negative.

    2. Health Certificate: Must be valid and within its expiration date.

    3. Helicobacter pylori Test: Results must show no infection.

    4. Skin Diseases and Underlying Diseases: Must not carry skin diseases such as tinea cruris or tinea manuum, and must not have underlying diseases such as heart disease or hypertension.

    5. Onychomycosis (Fungal Nail Infection): Must not have onychomycosis.

    6. Respiratory Diseases: Must not carry respiratory diseases such as tuberculosis or COPD; snoring should be minimized, but snoring during fatigue is permissible.

    四、薪资待遇

    1. 会所模式：5600 - 6300美元/28天（学徒及实习生），或6300 - 7500美元/28天（熟练工）。

    2. 住家模式：7000 - 8000美元/26天（高级月嫂），或9000 - 10500美元/26天（金牌月嫂）。

    五、单子周期

    1. 会所模式：28天为一单。

    2. 住家模式：26天为一单。

    IV. Salary and Benefits

    1. Center/Trainee Model: $5600 - $6300/28 days (Apprentices and Trainees), or $6300 - $7500/28 days (Skilled Workers).

    2. Live-in Model: $7000 - $8000/26 days (Senior Nanny), or $9000 - $10500/26 days (Top-Tier Nanny).

    V. Job Cycle

    1. Center/Trainee Model: 28 days per job.

    2. Live-in Model: 26 days per job.
