孩子回国已经一段时间，现在刚有时间来把相应经历写下来，有惊喜也有比较深刻的经验教训，希望传阅，有所借鉴。

分两部分给大家介绍吧，第一是签证和月子中心选择问题，第二是美国实际经历和经验介绍。

赴美准备和美国住宿介绍

签证是第一要务，伴随双方关系越来越差，如果你现在还没有10年旅游签证，建议一定要准备去做诚实签，诚实签顾名思义就是诚实告知签证官你们是签证目的就是去美国生孩子。在你们准备怀孕时或者怀孕三个月时就要去办理签证，当然在办理签证前2-3个月你要准备相应材料，我只强调一定就是要购买保险，一般是MSH孕中险或者PH备孕险，一定要买100万的那个，保费大约3万人民币，保险非常重要，非常重要，非常重要！！！另外就是面签材料准备、面试问题准备等等。关于如何去准备诚实签网上有很多攻略和材料，其实很简单，要是对自己通过签证还是不放心，没关系，可以从淘宝上找个签证代办人员，这类人员很多，收费一般1000-1500，帮你搞得妥妥的，国人对流程化的事件都搞的非常溜！

My child has been back in China for some time now, and I finally have the time to write down my experiences. There were surprises and some profound lessons learned, and I hope this will be helpful to others.

I'll divide this into two parts: first, visa and maternity center selection, and second, my actual experiences and insights in the United States.

Preparation for going to the US and accommodation in the US

The visa is the top priority. With the increasingly strained relations between the two countries, if you don't already have a 10-year tourist visa, I strongly recommend applying for an "honest visa," which, as the name suggests, means honestly informing the visa officer that your purpose for going to the US is to give birth. You should apply for the visa when you are planning to get pregnant or when you are three months pregnant. Of course, you need to prepare the relevant documents 2-3 months before applying for the visa. I want to emphasize that you MUST purchase insurance, usually MSH pregnancy insurance or PH pre-pregnancy insurance.  Make sure to get the one with 1 million RMB coverage; the premium is approximately 30,000 RMB. Insurance is extremely important, extremely important, extremely important!!! In addition, you need to prepare your interview documents and practice answering interview questions. There are many guides and resources online about how to prepare for an honest visa application. It's actually quite simple. If you're still unsure about getting the visa, don't worry, you can find a visa agent on Taobao. There are many such agents, and they usually charge 1000-1500 RMB to handle everything for you. Chinese people are very good at handling these kinds of procedural matters!

如果你们已经有了10年旅游签证，也可以再去重新诚实签。当然，如果你打算旅游签证直接去生孩子，美国海关在之前也问题不大，现在关系紧张了，可能有一定风险。如果决定用旅游签证去生孩子的话，我的建议是一定要从拉斯维加斯或者夏威夷这类旅游城市入境，旅游城市海关人员会松一些（去美国生孩子，美国人最关心的就是你是否占用美国福利，而福利基本都是州政府提供，这两个旅游城市的海关知道你基本不会在本州生孩子，还有可能在这里消费一下，然后去加州洛杉矶生，所以他们一般检查较松）。在洛杉矶就遇到两位从拉斯维加斯旅游签证入境的妈妈，过海关很轻松，据说北京-拉斯维加斯海航直飞航班通常都会有10名左右的待产妈妈。

所以，去美国生子你不孤独也很正常，办理完签证后就可以定行了，

航班建议要提前订，给妈妈定个往返商务舱，正常是预产期前两个月过去，生后在美国再住一个月，前后三个月，这样产妈也能有时间恢复。

If you already have a 10-year tourist visa, you can still apply for a new visa and be honest about your intentions. Of course, if you plan to use a tourist visa to give birth in the US, while this wasn't a major issue with US customs before, the current tense relations might pose some risks. If you decide to use a tourist visa to give birth, I recommend entering through a tourist city like Las Vegas or Hawaii. Customs officers in tourist cities tend to be more lenient (when it comes to giving birth in the US, Americans are most concerned about whether you will be using US welfare benefits, which are mainly provided by state governments. Customs officers in these two tourist cities know that you are unlikely to give birth in their state and might even spend some money there before going to Los Angeles, California to give birth, so they are generally less strict). I met two mothers in Los Angeles who entered the US with tourist visas through Las Vegas, and they had a very easy time going through customs.  It's said that the Hainan Airlines direct flight from Beijing to Las Vegas usually has about 10 expectant mothers on board.

So, you're not alone in wanting to give birth in the US, and you can book your trip after obtaining your visa.

It's recommended to book flights in advance, and book a round-trip business class ticket for the mother.  Normally, you would go two months before your due date, stay in the US for another month after giving birth, for a total of three months. This allows the mother time to recover.

除去签证，更重要的就是定住的地方了，前些天看了一个数据，说是接近90%去美国生孩子的都选择在洛杉矶，这个数据真实性不用太纠结，至少能反映一个问题，那就是大多数去美国生孩子的都选择在洛杉矶，可能因为洛杉矶的环境比较舒适吧，阳光充足，地中海气候 适宜居住，还有就是这里有比较成熟的赴美生子产业链，包括华人较多、各类月子中心、办证中介公司、医院也对赴美生子的习以为常——当然医院熟悉华人也不一定是好事，美国人本来比较单纯，现在洛杉矶的医院感觉被个别国人狡猾的一套同化了... 言归正传，国人在美国生孩子住的地方无非有以下三种：

①专门型月子中心，自己贴金也叫专业月子中心/会所，这可能也是很多打算去美国生孩子的第一考虑。在美国开月子中心非常简单，基本什么经营执照都没有，一般都是中国人在当地经营，很多都是前几年在美国生了孩子，感觉月子中心很简单就能挣钱，就黑在美国开始搞月子中心了（我一开始也是选择了月子中心，结果碰到了一家黑心店），一般都是通过朋友圈介绍或者中介找到客户，然后租房、找个厨子开始营业，并且实时晒朋友圈，看到那些晒得餐饮别当真就是了。

Besides the visa, the most important thing is finding a place to stay.  A few days ago, I saw some data suggesting that nearly 90% of people going to the US to give birth choose Los Angeles.  The accuracy of this data isn't the main point; it at least reflects that most people going to the US to give birth choose Los Angeles. This is probably because Los Angeles has a comfortable environment, plenty of sunshine, and a Mediterranean climate suitable for living.  Also, there's a relatively mature industry for giving birth in the US, including a large Chinese population, various maternity centers, document processing agencies, and hospitals that are accustomed to handling births for foreigners – although hospitals being familiar with Chinese people isn't necessarily a good thing. Americans are generally quite straightforward, but now it seems that some hospitals in Los Angeles have been corrupted by the cunning tactics of some Chinese people...  Getting back to the main point, there are basically three types of accommodation for Chinese people giving birth in the US:

① Specialized maternity centers, which also call themselves professional maternity centers/clubs. This is probably the first choice for many people planning to give birth in the US. Opening a maternity center in the US is very simple; they generally don't have any business licenses.  They are usually run by Chinese people who have lived in the area for a while. Many of them gave birth in the US a few years ago, realized that running a maternity center was an easy way to make money, and then stayed in the US illegally to start their own maternity centers (I initially chose a maternity center, but ended up with a dishonest one). They usually find clients through social media introductions or agencies, then rent a house, hire a cook, and start operating, constantly posting on social media. Don't take those pictures of food they post seriously.

对于这类专门经营的月子中心，我不推荐大家去，一是月子中心没有任何门槛，在美国对他们没有任何监管，都是私下经营（如果月子中心说国内注册了公司，你就当没听见就行了，你在美国坐月子和国内半毛钱关系都没有）。二是经营者本身素质没啥保证（如果素质较高在国内有不错工作机收入，一般生完还在都会如期回国，不会冒风险黑在美国），即使你遇到一个高素质的，她一般都要经营3个以上的房间，每个房间有3-4名孕妇配一个厨子，所以正常状况下她只能选择性的关心一两个孕妇（给自己树牌坊），如果你运气一直都最好，那可以试试，说不准能中这个六合彩——你也别想着月子中心像一家公司一样运营正规，有各类专职人员，本来就是一个人凑合干起来的，能两三个房间配一个司机就不错了，月子中心帮找月嫂，月嫂费用包括在你交给月子中心的费用里，小费自己出，洛杉矶月嫂行情3000美元/26天，600-800美元小费。很多时候你好几天可能都见不到月子中心老板。

②自己租房子，如果你的家人能陪同过去，这是最好的选择，记住家人一定要是孕妇的爸爸妈妈。这样你可以通过美国的朋友提前租好房间——前提是要有美国朋友——如果你没有美国朋友，可以先选择预定入住酒店，到美国后再找房间，美国有不少房地产中介，特别是洛杉矶华人中介很多，正常情况下10天左右租到中意房子不是问题。洛杉矶一般的city，租一套4室左右的house（别墅）大约3000美元/月。家人一起到美国后可以租个车，家人负责做饭和照顾月子，也可以通过网上找到月嫂（一个月3000美元，小费600-800），美国没车真是寸步难行。自己租房也是最经济的方式。

③家庭型月子中心，房东除去自己住的房间外，拿出两三个房间接待一两个孕妇（一般的house有4-5个房间），由于房东和产妇都住在一起，大家长期相处，而且这个房间是他们自己要长期居住的，一般不会太差。月嫂房东会协助找，费用同上。

Regarding these specialized postpartum care centers, I don't recommend them. Firstly, these centers have no entry barriers and are completely unregulated in the US; they operate privately (if a postpartum center claims to be registered in China, just ignore it; your postpartum care in the US has nothing to do with China). Secondly, the quality of the operators themselves is not guaranteed (if they were highly qualified and had good jobs and income in China, they would usually return to China after giving birth and wouldn't risk staying illegally in the US). Even if you find a high-quality operator, she usually manages more than three rooms, with 3-4 pregnant women per room and one cook. Therefore, under normal circumstances, she can only selectively care for one or two pregnant women (to maintain her reputation). If you're incredibly lucky, you can try it; maybe you'll win the lottery. Don't expect the postpartum center to operate like a proper company with various professional staff; it's usually just one person running the show.  It's already good if they have one driver for every two or three rooms. The postpartum center helps find a nanny, and the nanny's fee is included in the fee you pay to the center, but you pay the tip yourself. The going rate for a nanny in Los Angeles is $3000/26 days, plus $600-800 in tips. Many times, you might not even see the owner of the postpartum center for several days.

② Renting your own place: If your family can accompany you, this is the best option. Remember, the family members should ideally be the pregnant woman's parents. This way, you can have American friends help you rent a room in advance – provided you have American friends. If you don't have American friends, you can book a hotel first and then look for a place after arriving in the US. There are many real estate agents in the US, especially many Chinese agents in Los Angeles. Under normal circumstances, finding a suitable place within about 10 days shouldn't be a problem. In a typical city in Los Angeles, renting a 4-bedroom house costs about $3000 per month. After your family arrives in the US, you can rent a car. Your family can be responsible for cooking and postpartum care, or you can find a nanny online (around $3000 per month, plus $600-800 in tips).  It's very difficult to get around in the US without a car. Renting your own place is also the most economical option. ③ Home-based postpartum care centers: The homeowner, after reserving their own room, uses two or three other rooms to accommodate one or two pregnant women (a typical house has 4-5 rooms).  Since the homeowner and the new mothers live together and interact regularly, and the rooms are part of the homeowner's long-term residence, the accommodations are generally of good quality. The homeowner will assist in finding a postpartum caregiver, and the fees are the same as above.

你要明白美国还是一个靠邮编及寄信沟通的国家，美国生子后可能长期会有各类账单、信件需要邮寄到一个地址，特别是如果宝宝出生后不能立马出院，以后3-6个月都可能会有账单产生，这时家庭型住处就更有必要了，你要知道①类月子中心都是短租别人的房间，你离开后就没人管你的信件和账单了，如果普通信件就算了，一旦是有你意想不到的账单，没有解决你还不知道，最终医院会把这个报给政府，让美国政府替你买单，一两年后你可能因为占用美国福利就再也进不了美国。

总结一下，如果产妈家人可以在美国陪产，选择自己租房；其次，租家庭型月子中心；最次，如果你要碰运气，就随便吧。当然，以上这三个方式你都要实地考察下，切记不要先付款，宁愿先定酒店住几天，考察后再交钱，不然你很可能面临我下面介绍的一些惨痛经历。

一般月子中心三个月下来花费在3-4万美元不等，很多月子中心吃定自己的同胞在生孩子方面都舍得投入，就打着高端月子会所幌子，漫天要价，听说有些号称尔湾地区月子中心，竟然要到10万美元。。当然，有些还是月子中介，听说例如美x之家 等有些品牌的月子中心都在干中介的工作，自己抽取30%费用，到美国后把产妇再交给当地上述①所说月子中心，费用为啥贵你就知道了吧。

再补充一下关于如何选择在美国哪个城市生孩子的问题，虽然洛杉矶是大多数的首选，也不一定是每个人的选择，美国整体医疗服务水平都是比较高的，而且洛杉矶大多数医院由于接触太多华人，对中国人的态度是有些歧视，所以可以根据自己喜好及对美国的人士选择中部、东部或者南部都没有问题。我也有朋友去伊利诺伊州生孩子，选择白人区，虽然当地华人较少，但各方面体验比洛杉矶好像更好一些。

You need to understand that the United States is still a country that relies on zip codes and mail for communication. After giving birth in the US, you may receive various bills and letters that need to be mailed to a specific address for a long time, especially if the baby cannot be discharged immediately after birth. Bills may continue to arrive for the next 3-6 months, making a family-style residence even more necessary. You should know that type ① maternity centers are short-term rentals of other people's rooms. After you leave, no one will manage your mail and bills. While ordinary letters might not be a problem, if unexpected bills arrive and you don't address them, the hospital will eventually report it to the government, and the US government will pay for it.  One or two years later, you might be barred from entering the US again because you used US welfare benefits.

In summary, if the expectant mother's family can accompany her in the US, choose to rent an apartment; secondly, rent a family-style maternity center; lastly, if you want to take your chances, then do whatever you want. Of course, you should visit all three options in person. Remember not to pay in advance. It's better to book a hotel for a few days, inspect the facilities, and then pay. Otherwise, you might face some of the painful experiences I describe below.

Generally, a three-month stay at a maternity center costs between $30,000 and $40,000. Many maternity centers take advantage of the fact that their compatriots are willing to spend a lot on childbirth, and they use the guise of high-end maternity centers to charge exorbitant prices. I've heard that some maternity centers in the Irvine area even charge up to $100,000. Of course, some are also maternity agencies. I've heard that some brands of maternity centers, such as Meixing Home, are acting as intermediaries, taking a 30% commission and then handing the expectant mothers over to the aforementioned type ① maternity centers in the US. Now you know why the costs are so high.

Let me also add some information about choosing which city in the US to give birth in. Although Los Angeles is the first choice for most people, it's not necessarily the best choice for everyone. The overall level of medical services in the US is quite high, and most hospitals in Los Angeles, due to their frequent contact with Chinese people, have a somewhat discriminatory attitude towards them. Therefore, you can choose a city in the Midwest, East Coast, or South based on your preferences and knowledge of the US. I also have friends who gave birth in Illinois, choosing a predominantly white area. Although there are fewer Chinese people there, the overall experience seemed better than in Los Angeles.

美国实际经历及经验

悠然賦美，洛杉矶月子中心的一颗奇葩毒*瘤

对于这个名字，我真的不愿急提起，觉得提起她就脏了我的文字，不过如果有可能熊一两个家庭再避免被其毒害，我还是要忍者恶心说一下。” 朋友的朋友推荐，我和另外一个朋友就没加思考的选择了这家月子中心，也没有做考察就把钱打到其给的账户了，然后就是合同也没有，到美国已经是晚上十点多，入住时她们新祖的那个房间竟然水也没有，还要去隔壁借水洗刷，已经八个多月的孕妇了...”

现在想根，有合同也没用，国内的合同，在美国鬼才管你。孩子刚出生不久，她就暂停了服务要求我们离开月子中心。离开这个月子中心后，自己考察了其它形式的住宿，然后选择了一个冢庭型的月子中心烹妈顺烈做完月子，然后才有了以上经验介绍。” 有合同又能怎么样，遇到一些不要脸的人，她就知道这个合同没用，自己又不要脸，公然把已经签订合同交付过钱的孕妇在异国他多赶出房间，中间还多次报警。

赴美生子刘博士:

关于悠然赴美/悠然賦美，又一波投诉： 悠然赴美，打着高端月子中心的旗号招摇撞骗，坐标在牧场及尔湾，一旦交钱合同都不给，还随便學骂和驱赶客人，特別是对单独在美坐月子的妈妈，上个月有超过5名妈妈被赶出月子中心，马上临产还要重新找地方住，期间多次赶走客户...

感谢刘博士协助曝光这个黑心月子中心，没有任何报酬，正义人士就是这样，必须要站出来与恶人斗争。主要是这个害人績太差劲了，现在都产生了各类维权群，群里也人反映辱骂客户是穷鬼，马上要生产的妈妈被赶出月子中心还不退钱，一年前生产的妈妈还在维权，她们（悠然賦美月子中心）做的事情真是达到了人神共愤的程度了。

就像我上面介绍的这类月子中心，她们基本都会选择性照顾个别孕妇，可能使给的钱更多的也能是 王八着绿豆对眼的，大多数孕妇可能都是没有被照顾到或者遭遇比较惨的，而国人喜欢息事宁人，喜欢隐忍，受害者真的更多，真正像这些勇敢的妈妈站出来维权的少之又少，这无形中更助涨了坏人的嚣张。

我真心觉得自己的损失已经无所谓了，前期有过斗争我也没有大的损失。 但是有这类害人精还在继续“猖狂”，还在洛杉矶开月子中心，还有一些妈妈及家庭可能受到迫害，我们真的需要尽一点绵薄之力，曝光她们。

Real-Life Experiences in the United States

A Bizarre and Toxic Experience at a Postpartum Care Center in Los Angeles

I truly don't want to mention this name; I feel like even mentioning it would tarnish my writing. However, if there's a chance to prevent one or two more families from being harmed by this place, I have to overcome my disgust and talk about it. A friend of a friend recommended this postpartum care center, and without much thought, my friend and I chose it. We didn't even do any research before transferring the money to their account.  There was no contract. When we arrived in the US, it was already past 10 PM, and the room they assigned us didn't even have water! We had to borrow water from the next room to wash up, and I was already over eight months pregnant...

Looking back now, a contract wouldn't have mattered anyway; a contract from China is useless in the US. Shortly after my child was born, she suspended the service and demanded that we leave the postpartum care center. After leaving this center, I researched other types of accommodations and finally chose a family-style postpartum care center to finish my confinement period. That's how I gained the experience I've shared above. “What good is a contract if you encounter shameless people? She realized the contract was useless when she dealt with these unscrupulous individuals who shamelessly kicked out pregnant women who had already signed contracts and paid, even calling the police multiple times.

Dr. Liu on giving birth in the US:

Regarding YouRan US/YouRan FuMei, another wave of complaints: YouRan US, operating under the guise of a high-end maternity center, is engaging in fraudulent activities. Located in Irvine and a ranch area, they don't provide contracts after receiving payment and arbitrarily insult and expel clients, especially mothers who are alone in the US for their postpartum recovery. Last month, more than 5 mothers were kicked out of the maternity center, forcing them to find new accommodations while on the verge of giving birth.  They repeatedly expelled clients during this time...

Thank you, Dr. Liu, for helping to expose this unscrupulous maternity center.  He did this without any compensation; that's what righteous people do – they must stand up and fight against evil.  The harm caused by this place is truly terrible. Now there are various rights protection groups, and people in these groups report that the center insults clients, calling them poor, and kicks out mothers who are about to give birth without refunding their money. Mothers who gave birth a year ago are still fighting for their rights. What they (YouRan FuMei Maternity Center) have done is truly outrageous and unforgivable.

Like the maternity centers I mentioned above, they generally selectively care for certain pregnant women, perhaps those who pay more or those they have a personal connection with. Most pregnant women are likely not cared for or have suffered terrible experiences.  However, Chinese people tend to prefer to avoid conflict and endure hardship, so there are many more victims.  Very few victims are like these brave mothers who stand up to defend their rights, which only emboldens the perpetrators.

I honestly feel that my own losses are insignificant. I fought back initially, so I didn't suffer major losses.” However, these harmful individuals are still operating "unscrupulously," even opening maternity centers in Los Angeles, and some mothers and families may still be victimized. We really need to do our part to expose them.

2. 月子期间一日五餐及宵夜；

妈妈服务：

1.宝宝出生后接送妈妈及宝宝出院；

2.接送妈妈产后复查及宝宝小儿科检查：

3. 出现高额医疗账单，协助妈妈与医院谈判及提供翻译服务；

3提供辅助咨询服务项目，包括：美国旅游、美国房产、美国保险、美国移民及留学服务等。

超出以上服务内容和服务次数的项目另行收取费用，乙方若主动放弃接受部分服务内容，甲方所收取的费用不予退还。

二、医院及医生选择：

洛杉矶当地有多个资深华人医生可供选择，医院及医生与甲方是不同机构，甲方只负责介绍、联系及预约等服务，甲方不提供支付服务。备注：乙方在国内产检时的产检单一定要扫描发至自己的电子邮箱或者U盘拷贝带到美国，以便美国医生作为参考使用。国内产检报告美国医生大部分认可，只是有些技术性及医疗器械中美两国衡量标准不同，如有一到两项产检需要重新在美检查，所需费用自付。

生产医院及医生诊所是不同机构，生产医院没有医生坐诊，医院提供的是手术，先进检测及化验设备以及餐饮等服务。

Finally, here is a list of services typically offered by maternity centers in Los Angeles:

I. Service and Itinerary Services:
1. Provide free airport pick-up and drop-off services for the client and accompanying family members;

2. Weekly outings 1-2 times, including regular trips to outlets and tourist attractions (round trip on the same day), supermarkets, shopping malls, etc.;

Document Processing Services:

1. After the baby is born, assist the client in applying for the baby's birth certificate and three-level certification, US passport, Chinese travel document, and other relevant documents. The client will pay the relevant fees for the above documents;

2. If the client's spouse's stay in the US is insufficient to process all the baby's documents, the client will assist in handling the notarized power of attorney, and the relevant fees will be paid by the client;

3. If the client's entry visa expires, the center will assist the client in hiring a lawyer to handle the visa extension, and the relevant fees will be paid by the client.

Living Services:

1. Provide new bath towels, towels, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, and other daily necessities;

2. Provide an office area, including: computer, printer, copier, scanner, and internet access;

3. Provide one free US mobile phone SIM card during the stay, allowing unlimited international calls to China and domestic calls and text messages within the US.

4. Provide free Google Hub 100Mbps wireless internet and Xiaomi Box Chinese TV programs;

Meal Services:

1. Three meals a day during the pre-delivery period, lunch and dinner consisting of four dishes and one soup (two meat and two vegetable dishes), and unlimited supply of juice, milk, and seasonal fruits throughout the day;

2. Five meals a day and a late-night snack during the postpartum period;

Mother and Baby Services:

1. Pick up the mother and baby from the hospital after delivery;

2. Transport the mother for postpartum check-ups and the baby for pediatric examinations;

3. In case of high medical bills, assist the mother in negotiating with the hospital and provide translation services;

4. Provide hospital delivery accompaniment services (if no family members are present), the cost of which will be paid by the client;

5. After the mother and baby return to China, handle subsequent letters and bills, and the relevant bill fees will be paid by the client. Baby Services:

1.  Provides an extra nursery room with a dedicated nanny providing 24-hour one-on-one care;

2.  Provides free of charge: 2 cans of Mead Johnson newborn formula or equivalent infant formula, 1 box of Pampers Swaddlers newborn diapers (128 pieces), 1 bottle of California Baby Calendula Shampoo & Body Wash, 1 bottle of California Baby Calendula Cream, 1 bottle of Burt's Bees Baby Massage Oil, 1 bottle of Desitin Diaper Rash Cream, and 6 packs of Pampers hypoallergenic wet wipes;

4. Provides a mobile crib and a changing table;

5. Provides baby care supplies such as alcohol, cotton balls, thermometer, weighing scale, and newborn bathtub.

Auxiliary Services:

1. Assists Party B with car rental arrangements; costs are borne by Party B;

2. Assists Party B's child (accompanying family member) with kindergarten enrollment procedures and pick-up/drop-off services;

3. Provides auxiliary consulting services, including: US travel, US real estate, US insurance, US immigration and study abroad services.

Services exceeding the above content and service frequency will be charged separately. If Party B voluntarily waives any of the above services, the fees collected by Party A will not be refunded.

II. Hospital and Doctor Selection:

There are several experienced Chinese doctors available in Los Angeles. The hospitals and doctors are separate entities from Party A. Party A is only responsible for introductions, contact, and appointment scheduling services. Party A does not provide payment services. Note: Party B must scan and send their prenatal examination reports from China to their email address or copy them to a USB drive to bring to the US for the American doctor's reference. Most domestic prenatal examination reports are accepted by American doctors, but some technical and medical equipment standards differ between China and the US. If one or two prenatal examinations need to be repeated in the US, the costs will be borne by Party B.

The delivery hospital and doctor's clinic are separate entities. The delivery hospital does not have doctors on staff; the hospital provides surgical procedures, advanced testing and laboratory equipment, and catering services.
