三. 具备和客户的良好关系

1. 随时注意身边可能发生的危险状况，提早解除危险。

2. 未经客户许可不要随意出入客户房间，进卧室需敲门，离开时关门。

3. 客户家来客人时，热情大方不喧宾夺主，就餐时客户都入座再坐，吃菜吃自己一边。

III. Cultivating Good Relationships with Clients

1. Be alert to potential dangers at all times and mitigate them proactively.

2. Do not enter a client's room without their permission. Knock before entering a bedroom and close the door when leaving.

3. When guests visit a client's home, be warm and welcoming without overstepping your bounds. During meals, wait until all guests are seated before sitting down, and eat only from your own side of the table.
