    对于很多想要得到良好产后恢复的姐妹们来说，月子中心确实是一个不错的选择，但动辄大几万刀的，也真的是让人望而却步。但是想着产后宝宝可以得到专业的护理，自己也能省心，还有人每天做月子餐咬咬牙也就定下来了，但是，在洛杉矶，如果预算低，真的没有你想的那么简单……首当其冲的就是月子餐的问题，预算低的情况下，尔湾有些月子中心的月子餐使用的食材是很便宜的那种，甚至熬汤用的鸡是那种几块钱一斤的，很多用的还都是半成品，坐月子的时候最需要的就是吃的有营养，不是简简单单的清淡就好，如果是这样，还不如让个学过营养餐的月嫂在家做，起码食材肯定都是没问题的。

During postpartum recovery, what you need most is nutritious food, not just simple, bland meals. If that's the case, it would be better to hire a postpartum nanny who knows how to prepare nutritious meals at home; at least the ingredients would be guaranteed to be of good quality.

    预算低，月子中心配的月嫂其实是新手，月嫂是一个很吃经验的职业，带过宝宝越多越有经验的月嫂也就越抢手，价格也更高，大部分家庭应该都不能接受请没有经验的月嫂，所以有一部分月嫂就会选择先去月子中心过渡……不过当然不是全部的月子中心都是这样。

    所以大家在选择的时候一定要注意甄别，刚需的家庭看看月嫂也是一个不错的选择。
