    现在温哥华投入使用的入境自动报关机，就是用电脑填写清关申报。意思就是在电脑填写带了多少现金，多少烟，多少酒，有没有违禁品，待多久，姓名，护照号等的申请表。由于全部电脑操作，现在完全不接受纸笔填写的清关表格！

    这边给大家分享一下经验。我尽量使用大白话解释：

    The automated customs declaration machines currently in use in Vancouver require you to fill out the customs declaration form on a computer. This means you fill out a form on the computer indicating how much cash, cigarettes, and alcohol you are carrying, whether you have any prohibited items, how long you will be staying, your name, passport number, etc.  Because everything is done on the computer, paper forms are no longer accepted!

    Here's some advice based on my experience. I'll try to explain it in simple terms:

    1、入境温哥华必须采用电脑清关，可以选择中文操作，不需要懂英文或者法文。

    2、90台自动报关机，理论上加快入境速度，不过中途要有人搞不懂机器，会延长等待时间。

    3、下载手机APP CanBorder，可提前填写，或代人提前填写清关表格，生成二维码，扫码通关。

    4、自动报关的工作人员以西人为主，某层度增加通关难度。（以前我妈见海关都先找翻译）

    5、自动报关机一次最多5名旅客同时使用。

    6、自动报关机在试验阶段，拿签证的中国护照及加拿大护照刷护照首页。中国护照+PR，刷PR卡反面，不要刷中国护照！

    Friendly Reminder

    1. Entry into Vancouver requires using automated customs clearance machines.  You can choose the Chinese language option; no English or French is required.

    2. There are 90 automated customs clearance machines, which theoretically speeds up the entry process. However, if someone has difficulty using the machine, it may extend waiting times.

    3. Download the CanBorder mobile app to fill out the customs declaration form in advance, or have someone fill it out for you. This will generate a QR code for faster clearance.

    4. The staff assisting with the automated customs clearance machines are primarily Westerners, which may increase the difficulty of the process for some. (My mother used to look for a translator when dealing with customs.)

    5. Each automated customs clearance machine can be used by a maximum of 5 passengers at a time.

    6. The automated customs clearance machines are currently in a trial phase. For Chinese passports with visas and Canadian passports, scan the first page of your passport. For Chinese passports with permanent residency (PR), scan the back of your PR card, not your Chinese passport!

    所以对于可以进行简单的电脑操作的朋友们来说，新的入境自动报关机入境会更简单。不过对于电脑操作不熟悉的，是增加了入境的难度。最重要的是，温哥华的入境自动报关机在推广上还挺欠缺的，还有很多人不知道。

However, for those unfamiliar with computers, it will increase the difficulty of entry.
